Position Overview
- Accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities
- Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Responsible for change management initiatives, including work requests and related hours in workflow tool
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using approved tools, and track project milestones and deliverables
- Support business objectives in collaboration with management and stakeholders and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Effectively communicates project expectations and requirements to Stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Identify and minimize company exposures and risks on projects
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Lead the planning and execution of change management projects and related work items.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or a related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for this position.
- 10+ years in project management role; preferably in a Business Process Outsourcing environment
- 2+ years of experience with information technology projects from strategy through completion
- Solid Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PPT.
- Ability to dig in and analyze a complex issue utilizing data to develop a solution
- Strong Understanding of budget planning and time management skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Company OverviewOur Senior Project Manager plans, executes, and finalizes internal and client facing projects following deadlines and budget parameters. This includes gathering appropriate resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
