Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager

We are seeking an experienced and articulate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in partnering with business executives to provide economic and strategic decision support. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, capable of understanding and relating business drivers to cost and revenue. Experience working in FP&A/business fiancé from IT-BPM sector is preferred.

In this role you will:
    • Set and control the day-to-day functions for an accurate and useful financial reporting system that allows the customers to run a successful business.
    • Establish connections between financials and operational KPIs, not limited to P&L lines.
    • Harmonize data strategy and execution seamlessly.
    • Build self-service dashboards for business leaders that aid decision-making.
    • Monthly financial reconciliations and reporting.
    • Analyze financials on daily, monthly, or yearly data to provide insights to Operations and the executive team.
    • Oversee the creation of reporting for Site/Client performance: Payroll, Bill to Pay, Gross Margin.
    • Manage and maintain operational efficiency.
    • Attend meetings to convey and/or receive information required to perform functions.
    • Communicate actively with other departments to review cross-departmental impacts and resolve issues.
    • Assist in developing and monitoring automated systems for analyzing, maintaining, and providing financial information.
We are looking for someone who has:
    • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance, Business, Administration, Economics, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, and Business Administration.
    • Experience working in business finance/FP&A from the IT-BPM sector.
    • Experience working on FP&A or business finance for a company, rather than supporting an outside client for their FP&A function.
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of business drivers.
    • Proficient and effective English verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential materials.
    • Ability to exercise discretion and interact effectively with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
    • Strong leadership skills.
