The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation in the Telecom & Media or Healthcare sector. This role involves close collaboration with sales teams to support the overall business goals and lead the field marketing team.

In this role you will:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation in the Telecom & Media or Healthcare sector.
  • Campaign Development: Oversee the planning, execution, and management of local marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives in the Telecom & Media industry. Provide support with sales materials, presentations, and customer meetings.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on the performance of marketing activities. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.
We are looking for someone who has:
  • 8-12 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing, preferably within the Telecom & Media or BPO industry.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role with strong team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management specific to the Telecom & Media sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
