What job duties can I expect to perform as a Product Support Representative?
  • Engage with users in English and French through chat, phone, email, or case-tracking to identify and document technical issues
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions using guides, manuals, and other resources
  • Diagnose, replicate, and resolve problems while adhering to Service Level Objectives
  • Create and manage support cases, providing updates and resolutions as needed
  • Generate reports on software defects and suggest feature enhancements to improve products
How can I make a difference?
  • Provide a world-class technical experience by resolving complex issues with speed and accuracy
  • Collaborate with teams to improve product design and functionality
  • Develop support documentation to assist both internal teams and clients
What requirements must I meet to join the team?
  • Advanced English (spoken and written) and French
  • A computer with Windows 10 or higher and at least 4 GB of RAM (Apple computers not accepted)
  • Strong ability to write, interpret, and debug SQL queries on demand
  • Familiarity with web services (SOAP/REST), XML, HTML, C#, .NET, and diagnostic tools like Wireshark and Fiddler
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, flexible work environment with a high-speed internet connection
