Sr. Software Engineer - Data Architecture and EngineeringAs a Sr Software Engineers of the Application Integration team, is primarily responsible on the development, maintenance, testing and deployment of solutions by using Web Services, APIs, or internal systems with background in C# and SQL development.
In this role you will:- Create solution development plans & deliver against the schedules.
- Coordinate with other managers, Directors, architects, Database Administration (DBA) and Enterprise Applications leadership as needed.
- The role is highly technical, but with a strong emphasis on interpersonal skills.
- Proactively identify system and process improvement initiatives within the Enterprise Application organization which create efficiencies and value, and addresses quality concerns of the organization.
- Lead investigative and troubleshooting initiatives to ensure most immediate resolution.
We are looking for someone who has:- 8-12 years’ experience using C# as the programming language with SQL.
- 4-6 years of work experience in API/Web Service Integration.
- Experience in designing the architectures using design patterns.
- OOP/Object/Component-oriented design and programming.
- Strong understanding on SQL Server concepts, Execution Plans etc. Working experience on dynamic SQL is a plus.
- 2+ years’ experience implementing ETL for Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence solutions.
- Experience using JSON/XML.
- Experience extracting data through coded solutions from different data sources such as FTP/SFTP, MS SharePoint, email, etc.
- Experience in identifying and handling technical risks and issues.
- Reporting on projects statuses and developments to leadership team members.
- Ability to look to the future and plan for growing business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Experience integrating with call centre applications via APIs, specifically Ivanti (ITSM), Avaya CMS, Genesys Customer Interaction Center (CIC), InContact and/or Altitude would be a bonus.
- **Experience with AWS Cloud would be a bonus.
- **Experience in BPO Operations or Workforce Management would be a huge bonus
