Software QC Analyst

We test upcoming features, find and identify bugs, and monitor production sites. 

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our current automation test setup built in Cypress. To maintain tests, keep them up to date and to expand coverage. QA analysts test upcoming features, find, and identify bugs and monitor production sites. QA Analysts communicate these bugs to the team to help identify the cause and work towards a solution.

Our team is open-minded in using various testing tools and frameworks as far as it accomplished our goal of testing well. We prefer someone with Cypress experience but are also open to other JS based frameworks like Jest, Playwright etc. 

In this role you will:
  • Collaboration with QA team members and other teams
  • Staying in close communication with developers and QAs
  • Writing and maintaining automated tests written in Cypress 
  • Expanding test coverage
  • Conducting regression testing when needed
  • Manual exploratory testing of web-based software
  • Writing and executing test cases
  • Creating organized and detailed documentation of defects and feedback
We are looking for someone who has:
  • 2+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience
  • Knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Solid experience with Cypress 
  • Experience in REST API testing
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
