Software QC Analyst

QA team members monitor 4 large Self-Service projects that assist people with their devices, knowledge, and products. QA analysts test upcoming features, find, and identify bugs and monitor production sites. QA Analysts communicate these bugs to the team to help identify the cause and work towards a solution.

In this role you will:
  • Test pre-release features and verifying functionality
  • Collaborate with QA team members and other interdisciplinary teams
  • Manually explore testing of web-based software
  • Write and execute test cases
  • Create organized and detailed documentation of defects and feedback
We are looking for someone who has:
  • 2+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience 
  • Knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS 
  • Solid experience with Cypress  
  • Experience in REST API testing 
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
