IT Business Intelligence Analyst – Software Developer

The IT Business Analytics – Software Developer will gather, analyze, and compile data needed to identify trends and patterns. Creates data points and dashboards to support the day-to-day operations need.

In this role you will:
  • Gather business intelligence data from a variety of data sources including but not limited to company data.
  • Create and deliver management/operations dashboards and canned reports.
  • Create and deliver routine and ad hoc reporting requirements.
  • Organize data points for reporting use.
  • Manage miscellaneous projects or tasks as assigned by the Business Intelligence leadership team.
  • Support, maintain and/or build backend queries and existing dashboards to support operational needs.
  • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by management.
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, accounting, mathematics, IT, or a similar field
  • Minimum of 3-year experience as Reporting/Business Intelligence Analyst or related role creating charts and dashboards. BPO background is a plus.
  • At least 2-year experience on the following reporting and data visualization and statistical tools:
    • Quicksight
    • SSRS
    • PowerBI
  • Proficient in statistical analysis and other visualization tools and softwares.
  • Proficient in writing SQL scripts
  • Experience in any of the following is preferred but not required:
    • S3 bucket
    • Athena
    • Redshift
    • PostgreSQL
