Our Retail Customer Service Representatives help ResultsCX customers with a variety of different call types including, but not limited to, retail order support, troubleshooting directions, card services such as balance inquiries, and so much more! Successful representatives on these accounts will be great multitaskers, quick learners, and have the desire to be excited and challenged daily. This opportunity offers the ability to learn and apply knowledge across many different industries and services. As this position is on site, we’re looking for outgoing and personable individuals who want to be where the people are!…But what do we DO?
One of our customers called in and told our representative about how she hadn’t spoken to a family member for years due to an old disagreement, but she had decided this year to try and open communication by getting them a Christmas gift. Our agent helped the customer pick out the perfect gift and wished them luck. You may not think that taking orders or basic customer service calls can make a difference in the world, but occasionally you can really make a difference in one person’s world, and that's an awesome feeling! This specific customer actually called back with an update that we had helped her mend this broken relationship.
