Sales Representative with German and English

We are now expanding our B2B Sales team and looking for a driven Sales Representative with German and English who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. In this role, you will build strong relationships with business customers, identify upsell opportunities, and consistently exceed targets. You’ll work with a high volume of outbound calls and emails to existing, pre‑qualified leads—giving you the platform to succeed and grow.

Job Description:

• Represent ResultsCX and our client on a top level providing and drive growth through high volume outbound calling and emailing existing customers leads.
• Effectively promoting diverse range of client products.
• Achieving great customer satisfaction, focusing on clients’ needs, offering the best possible solution.
• Actively and creatively contributing to the whole support process, thus providing the best services and products for our clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and productivity benchmarks through proactive outreach and efficient conversion of leads.
• Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to maximize revenue generation.

Requirements:

• Very good level of English and German - minimum C-1 level;
• A minimum experience in a sales capacity or a similar role is essential.
• Great communication skills.
• Self-motivation, pragmatic and friendly approach.
• Well-developed customer orientation skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop.
