Position Overview

We are seeking a commercially minded business leader to serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer—someone who can synthesis pipeline reviews, financial analyses, and create board-levelpresentations, not just report the data.

The ideal candidate brings direct experience inside a revenue organization at a global BPObusiness, understands the mechanics of how deals move from pursuitthroughrevenue recognition, and can distill complex commercial data into insights and narratives that drive executive decision-making.

They will be the CRO’s force multiplier—owning the revenue story, pressure-testing the forecast, and ensuring the commercial leadership team isoperatinginalignment withtherevenue targets and businesspriorities.

In this position you will:

Revenue Intelligence & Commercial Narrative

  • Ownthe commercial narrative by connecting pipeline data, financial performance, client health, and market signals into a cohesive view the CRO and Board can act on.
  • Synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs — not build dashboards, but interpret what the data is telling us and, critically, what itisn’t.
  • Developandmaintainthe revenue operating model: forecast accuracy, bookings-to-revenue conversion, retention trends, and expansion velocity.
  • Serve as the extended (eyes and ears) of the CRO to bring visibility tochallenges,obstaclesto achieving revenue targets.

Pipeline & Forecast Integrity

  • Partner with sales leadership toensure data integrity,pressure-test pipeline quality, deal progression, and forecast accuracy.
  • Flaggaps between what the pipeline says and what the financials willactually deliver.
  • Bring a commercially informed lens — understand deal economics, pricing structures, and ramp dynamics well enough to challenge assumptions.

Commercial Storyboarding & Executive Communication

  • Lead the development of boardlevelmaterials, QBRs, and investor narratives — not as a slide-builder but as the person who architects the storyline: where revenue is trending, why,what’sat risk, and what the plan isto mitigate.
  • Prepare and present executive-ready materials with minimal direction, translating complex commercial dynamics into clear, decision-ready formats.
In this position you will:

Cross-Functional Coordination & Strategic Projects

  • Act as the CRO’s keytacticalhands onliaison across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure alignment on revenue strategies and growth priorities.
  • Drive key strategic initiatives — revenue optimization programs, client retention strategies, operational improvements — from concept through execution.
  • Identifyand streamline revenue operations processes to enhance forecasting, pipeline management, and go-to-market effectiveness.

Strategic Deal Support

  • Engagedirectly on large, complex pursuits where the CRO needsadditionalsupporton deal structure, competitive positioning, or pricing strategy.
  • Provideanalytical support during major negotiations, renewals, and RFP responses.

Market Insights & Competitive Positioning

  • In tandem with theResultsCXMarketing organization, analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry shifts to inform revenue strategies and right-to-win positioning.
  • Maintain a current view of competitive dynamics across key verticals and geographies.
We are looking for:

Required

  • 8+ years in commercial roles within a global CRO, BPO, or CX services environment
  • Direct exposure to pipeline management, deal economics, and P&L accountability — must have sat close enough to revenue to understand howit’smade, not just howit’sreported.
  • Demonstratedability to synthesizepipelineand financial data into executive-ready narratives and strategic recommendations.
  • Experiencepreparing and presenting board-level materials with minimal direction.
  • Familiarity with CX services commercial models: pricing structures, volume-based economics, ramp dynamics, and client P&L management.
  • Strong commercial acumen, CX/BPO industry fluency, and executive communication skills.
  • Data-literate andproficientin Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
  • Bachelor’sdegree in business, Finance,Statistics, DataScienceor related field.

Preferred

  • Priorexperience in sales, account management, commercial finance, or revenue strategy within outsourced services.
  • MBAor equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience in aSr level strategyrole reportingto C-suite commercial leadership.
  • Trackrecord of operating across multiple geographies and time zones.
