This position will support Results Home Office virtual employees by providing onboarding support to ensure each candidate has a great onboarding experience.

• Complete all prehire actions.

• Process and send offer letters for signature.
• Track that all offers are signed and returned.
• Process pre-employment screenings (background checks).
• Complete the I-9 and E-verify process for RHO new hires.
• Complete all new hire documents.
• Maintain Employee data base and HRIS.
• Be responsible for employee record compliance.

• 2-3 years of administrative experience with HR responsibilities.
• The ability to work independently and effectively under pressure in a fast pace environment.
• Initiative and is solution-oriented in all interactions.
• Proficient skills using: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, ADP, SharePoint, and Lightico.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
