In this role, you will:
- Liaise with end-users/internal clients to understand and address their Procurement needs
- Creates Purchase Orders for assigned transactions and Sites using the ERP System.
- Follow up/coordinate delivery of goods and services with internal and external clients.
- Provide feedback to the end-users about the status of their requests.
- Handle the return and defective delivered items
- Reviews order-related documents for completeness and accuracy and coordinates with end-users and business units on required procurement information (e.g. technical specifications, budget, cost center, etc.).
- Ensures vendor’s/contractor’s compliance with the ResultsCX Procurement standard policy.
- Encode all the Purchases and Credit card transactions in the Procurement Tracker Excel file.
- Tracks orders and ensures timely delivery
- Coordinate with the AP Team for vendor payments
- Coordinate with the GL Team for GL code or any reclass.
- Perform other functions as may be assigned by the immediate head
- Handled commodities are Opex and Capex.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field
- Fresh Graduate are accepted
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to create presentations
- Knowledgeable in MS Office
- Can work in mid and graveyard shift
- Fluent in English
