Our Payroll Specialist manages periodic payrollprocessing toensuretimelyandaccurateemployee payment on designated payroll periods.
In this role you will:
- Prepare payroll documents (time sheets, payroll register, vouchers, memos, etc.) for the purpose of documenting, meeting compliance requirements, and providing audit references
- Ensure the accuracy of preliminary and final payroll reports, time sheets, spreadsheets, funds distribution
- Verify payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll
- Reconcile account balances to maintain accurate payroll amounts
- Assure compliance with company policies and requirements I.E. tax, medical and social security requirements.
- Coordinate payroll processing with other departments
- Inform concerned parties regarding required documentations to convey information necessary to complete payroll transactions
- Compile a wide variety of payroll information, files, and records for audit purposes
- Ensure resources efficiency and meet operational requirements
- Provide assistance to internal clients such as employees and managers with payroll related concerns
- Enters personnel data correctly and accurately in the specialized software and process their monthly salaries
- Submits within the regulated deadlines all necessary references and declarations to NRA, NSSI and other state institutions, as well as to the General Labor Inspectorate Executive Agency ".
- Prepares various reports for the staff / available staff paid leave, sick leave, maternity leave etc.
- Check the Form 76 on a monthly basis
- Gathering and review of bonuses, deductions under Art.272, distraints/garnishments etc
- Timely introduces leave and data on employee benefits in relation to the export of data to NSSI, prepares leave orders of the employees.
- Administers salaries of employees by entering in the software all the data for the respective month and enters the accruals and deductions from the monthly salary.
- Prepares official notice and certificates, UP-2 and UP-3 form of the staff.
- Receives, distributes and maintains the information and documentation received in the structural unit
- Enters data into the software product for personnel administration and calculation of remunerations on paper
- Prepares weekly reports, other internal documents for the needs of the employees of the structural units in the organization.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or any related field of study
- 2+ years of experience in doing Payroll Administration.
- Effective English verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Strong ability to exercise discretion and interact effectively with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent Proficiency with Microsoft Office
