Position Overview

The Payroll Manager leads day-to-day payroll department operations. The Payroll Manager is responsible for employee payroll processing in accordance with company guidelines and policies.

In this role you will:
  • Manages and reviews payroll system vendor, contractor and supplier contracts and agreements entered by the company in relation to payroll services.
  • Prepares and submits within the regulated deadlines all necessary references and declarations to NRA, NSSI and other state institutions, as well as to the General Labor Inspectorate Executive Agency ", National Statistical Institute and Occupational Health Service.
  • Prepares various reports for the staff / available staff, leave, sick leave, etc./
  • Checks the presence monthly form 76 on a monthly basis.
  • Organizes the maintenance, storage and continuous updating of the database of employees and their personal work files.
  • Prepares official notice and certificates, UP-2 and UP-3 form of the staff.
  • Enters into the software product the necessary data for employees working under civil contracts; prepares a salary statement and makes payment of the amounts under the civil contracts.
  • Prepares Duty and Named Staffing of ResultsCX staff and submits to Chief Executive Officer for approval.
  • Prepares files for bank transfer of taxes, insurance, wages, fees, etc.
  • Develops and implements internal regulatory documents of the company and supports the preparation of job descriptions.
  • Is obliged to take care of own health and safety, as well as the health and safety of the others directly affected by his/her activity, in accordance with the instructions given by the employer. Complies with the Rules for safety and health at work, as well as the Rules for emergency and fire safety.
  • Plans and controls the operational flow of the department in coordination with other departments to meet payroll deadlines and to continuously improve efficiency and minimize cost as follows:
  • Manages and maintains the operational efficiency, upkeep, safety, and security of all physical assets related to payroll including processing facilities, systems, and human resources.
  • Approves other transactions processed by the department as required at such level including disbursement voucher processing, bank crediting, and reporting requirements submission
  • Safekeeping of all payroll files and documents and adherence to confidentiality standards.
  • Preparation and review of the completeness and accuracy of all government contributions and timely payments and reporting requirements.
  • Assists in the preparation of department plans, annual budget, and monthly analysis of performances, including justification of variances.
  • Ensures payroll systems are set-up and updated to reflect our current employee base, including wages, benefits, sick and vacation time in line with contract terms and conditions
  • Manages regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.)
  • Review and implement process improvements, documentation of processes and alignment of functions of personnel to focus on efficiency, accuracy, and timely payment of payroll to employees.
  • Regular review of the performances of direct reports, coach, disciplinary actions based on the

Code of Conduct.

  • Represent payroll team in senior leadership meetings.
  • Represent the company in case of any government audits related to payroll standards and compliances.
  • Perform other functions as maybe required.
We are looking for someone who has:

Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or equivalent

  • 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources or Accounting
  • 4+ years’ experience in payroll management
  • The ability to manage sensitive and confidential materials
  • Proficient and effective English verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to exercise discretion and interact effectively with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other payroll system
  • Knows and applies all regulations concerning the organization of labor and administration
  • Is constantly informed about the changes in the legal framework and apply them
  • Maintains confidentiality when processing or was entrusted with company and / or personal information about the organization and employees• Excellent oral and written English communication

  • Knowledgeable on Country/Region Labor Standards and compensation taxes
  • Year-end tax reporting/reconciliation knowledge (required)
  • Accounting experience
  • Hands on experience leading a payroll group (required)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Call center experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in payroll processing and Knowledge of Msoft payroll system is a plus
