Our Licensed Agents play a key role in building customer loyalty, resolving customer issues the first time and making customer connections that impact the growth and continued success for many healthcare partners. Simply put, people count on us!

• Communicate with customers over the phone, via email, and/or online chat
• Explain features and advantages of medical plans to promote application for insurance
• Complete a cost / plan analysis to identify the best product for the prospective customer
• Determine best plan for the prospective member and enroll them in the plan of their choice
• Navigate a computer with multiple windows and screens
• Resolve any customer issues while providing an exceptional customer experience

• Health Insurance License: You will need to have an active Accident and Health Insurance license in the state that you reside
• Education: High school diploma or GED required
• Typing Skills: Ability to type 25 words per minute
• Technical Proficiency: This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency
• Availability: Open availability between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST 7 days a week
• Pay Expectation: Our Licensed Agent pay rates start at $18.00 per hour!

To work at our Blue Bell site, you need:

• Reliable transportation to get to and from work daily
• Live within 50 miles of the physical location
• The type of personality that thrives on social connection, work events, in person mentoring, and uncapped career growth!
