Lead Software Engineer

Application Integration team is primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the development, maintenance, testing and deployment of solutions to integrate internal and third party and enterprise applications by using Web Services, APIs, or internal systems, DWH.

In this role you will:
  • Oversee company standards, and work to ensure quality, stability, usability, and performance or all Enterprise Application integration.
  • Proactively identify system and process improvement initiatives within the Enterprise Application organization which create efficiencies and value and addresses quality concerns of the organization.
  • Lead investigative and troubleshooting initiatives to ensure most immediate resolution.
  • Coordinate with other managers, Directors, architects, Database Administration (DBA) and Enterprise Applications leadership as needed.
We are looking for someone who has:
  • 8+ years’ experience on development team C# development and/or SQL.
  • 5+ years of work experience in MS SQL Server and/or AWS Redshift.
  • 4-6 years of work experience in API/Web Service Integration.
  • 4-6 years of work experience in DWH.
  • Working knowledge on AWS eco-system – S3, RDS, Redshift, SQS etc is a plus.
  • Experience using JSON/XML
  • Experience extracting data through coded solutions from different data sources such as FTP/SFTP, MS SharePoint, email, etc.
  • Identifying and handling technical risks and issues.
  • **Experience integrating with call Center applications via APIs, specifically Ivanti (ITSM), Avaya CMS, Genesys Customer Interaction Center (CIC), InContact and/or Altitude would be a bonus.
  • **Experience with AWS Cloud would be a bonus.
  • **Experience in BPO Operations or Workforce Management would be a huge bonus.
