ResultsCX Korean: Even language isn't a barrier to our support!

Give me the basics!

At ResultsCX, our Bilingual Financial Support Agents are trusted partners for our customers, assisting with a wide range of account-related inquiries in both English and Korean. In this role, you'll handle both inbound and outbound calls. Calls will include, but are not limited to: member account review and updates, payment and claim assistance, account activations, new program enrollment, card benefit inquiries, and more!

Real Stories. Real Impact.

“One of our agents answered a call from an elderly customer who had recently learned that her credit card offered rental car coverage — a benefit she never realized she had. She was planning a trip to visit family and hoped to use the benefit to save money, but was overwhelmed trying to figure out how to activate it online. ‘I’m not great with computers,’ she said, ‘and I’m afraid I’ll click the wrong thing.’

The agent patiently walked her through the process step by step, pausing often to explain not just what to click, but why it mattered. When the customer still wasn’t confident, the agent offered to stay on the line while she completed the entire reservation and ensured everything was correctly documented.

While on the call, the agent also took time to explain other travel-related benefits she could use — like lost luggage reimbursement and no foreign transaction fees — and even emailed her a simplified checklist she could print and bring with her on the trip.”
