Junior IT Administrator

The Site IT Administrator is a member of the IT Support Team, working from both ResultsCX’s Cork site and at home to support the IT infrastructure and remote workforce.

In this role you will:
  • Install and configure the company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  • Maintain and monitor computer networks and systems and diagnose and solve hardware and software faults.
  • Provide support to remote staff and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the development and migration of the company infrastructure to a full cloud-based solution.
  • Ensure compliance, update IT policies and procedures, and commit to continuous improvement to ISMS framework.
  • Test and evaluate new technology.
We are looking for someone who has:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support
  • The capacity to work well within a team.
  • Self-motivation; keen to learn new technologies and methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications (Windows 10/11 & Windows Server)
  • Knowledge of Call Centre Dialler Applications
  • Knowledge of M365 suite of products and Intune.
  • Knowledge of Private and Public Cloud Infrastructure.
