Employee Engagement & Wellness Associate (#25612991)

The Employee Engagement & Wellness Associate is responsible for implementing employee engagement and wellness initiatives at the site level. This includes driving communication, incentives, recognition, wellness programs, and retention efforts that contribute to a positive employee experience.

Employee Engagement:

• • • Plan, implement, and execute employee engagement events and site initiatives focused on employee retention.
    • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, Finance, and Admin for engagement-related needs within budget
    • Collect and analyze post-event feedback and prepare project debriefs
    • Mobilize and maintain Employee Engagement Champions and Ambassadors
    • Serve as site point-of-contact for regional activities and logistics
    • Oversee site branding and visual displays
    • Ensure effective execution of Rewards & Recognition programs
    • Support recruiting/sourcing in job fair activities
    • Drive awareness of the company’s Perks Partnership Program
    • Contribute to the ResultsCX Newsletter at the site level
    • Assist in allocating and managing the site engagement budget
    • Support internal departments in promoting initiatives and announcements
    • Coordinate and execute CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programs

Wellness Coaching:

• • • Support and execute wellness initiatives focused on physical, emotional, and mental health
    • Promote employee well-being through workshops, wellness campaigns, and educational materials
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify the health and wellness needs of employees
    • Assist in designing programs related to stress management, nutrition, fitness, and overall lifestyle improvement. Serve as a wellness resource or advocate at the site, encouraging participation in health-related initiatives

• Graduate of BS Psychology
• At least 1 year of experience in event planning & management, employee engagement, company promotion, rewards & recognition, and retention programs in a BPO setting
• Experience or background in employee wellness, fitness, or health-related initiatives is an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules
