Data Engineer: Results-CX is looking for like-minded individuals to take part in the re-imaged digital customer journey. Our SupportPredict SaaS solution suite of products provides the opportunity to work in small forward-thinking teams. We integrate solutions with technologies for the continued uplift to our standard for the Customer Resolution, its forefront in our product line, and as gateways to our talent expansion.

Data Engineer who will be responsible for helping build our data pipelines and will be also participating in setting the right Infrastructure and developing the needed tools for our Analytics.

In this role you will:

Help architect our data platform & develop real-time apps ingesting large volume of data
Handle our data pipeline and contribute towards our data strategy and its execution
Architecting, building, testing & managing our data platform infrastructure from data collection to data processing & data storage
Develop, customize and manage integration tools, monitoring tools, databases, warehouses, and analytical systems
Participate in scoping new projects
Document data integration processes
Ability to scale and adapt ETL solutions

We are looking for someone who has:

2+ years experience as a data engineer
Experience in developing APIs (REST protocols)
Strong experience in real-time data processing and data ingestion
Strong experience in batch data processing and data pipelines
Experience working on change data capture in a big data ecosystem
Experience in building real time or batch ingestion and transformation pipelines
Strong competencies in algorithms and software architecture
Demonstrated experience in using AWS cloud and its resources/services
Strong experience in Relational Databases and data modeling in a DWH environment
Demonstrated shorthand in core SQL and its variety — T-SQL, PL-SQL

Nice to Have:

Degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or sound equivalent
Proficient in managing and optimizing data models
Experience working on change data capture in a big data ecosystem
Experience in building real time or batch ingestion and transformation pipelines
Experience in using OLAP, Panorama, Business Objects, Excel Macros, HTML, Javascript, and other programming languages
