You will be supporting one of our largest Client’s Customers while having great conversations. If you have a positive attitude, patience, strong computer skills, and the ability to solve problems, we want you! 

Due to our business and operational expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives with solid English to join our team.

How can you make a difference?
  • Provide customer support services via tickets and telephone.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction, focusing on customers’ needs, offering the best solution.
  • Resolve issues while providing the best services and products for our customers’ experience.
To join our team, you need:
  • To be 18 years of age or older.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English language (B2 and higher).
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn, develop and improve.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service is considered as a strong advantage but it is not a requirement.
What we offer:
  • Base Gross Monthly Salary of 1600 BGN during probation period and 1800 BGN post probation period.

  • Working hybrid after the 3rd month. Hybrid is defined as a minimum of 2 days per week working from the office and maximum 3 days remotely.
