We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused candidates to join our Healthcare team in Bengaluru. The customer support associate will be responsible for handling healthcare-related queries and processes, ensuring they meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and client expectations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Healthcare customer service processes and a keen eye for detail.

What job duties can I expect to perform as a Customer Support Representative?
  • Handle calls, Chat/Emails for International customers
  • Resolve queries with professionalism
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
What requirements must I meet to join the team?

Experience Required:

  • Open to candidates with or without BPO experience

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Typing Speed: Minimum 28 words per minute (WPM) with 98% accuracy.
  • English Proficiency: B-2 level or higher (excellent verbal and written communication skills).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office tools and CRM systems is a plus.
