At ResultsCX, our Customer Service Representatives are skilled problem-solvers and trusted resources for our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account updates, billing questions, service inquiries, new account setups and more! You will also recommend additional services based on customer needs.

“One of our agents received a call from a homeowner who was clearly anxious — she had just opened a ‘final notice’ mailer warning her that her home warranty had expired. The company name wasn’t familiar, and with so many scams these days, she didn’t know who to trust. She just wanted to be sure she was protected.

Our agent took the time to walk through each of the customer’s three active plans — confirming the coverage, explaining her billing schedule, and making sure the customer felt confident her policies were up to date and active. As they reviewed everything together, the agent noticed something else: the customer was missing a key line of coverage that most homeowners benefit from.

Rather than just mention it, the agent explained what the additional plan covered, how it worked, and how it could save the customer both time and money in the long run. What should I bring to the interview?
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required
  • Typing Skills: Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • Technical Proficiency: This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency
  • Availability: Open availability between 7am-2am EST 7 days a week
  • Pay Expectation: Our CSR pay rates start at $13/hr in training
    *Pay rates vary by program fit during selection consideration.
  • Location: Must live in the state of North Carolina

To work virtual in your home, you will need:

  • This position requires that applicants reside in the state of North Carolina
  • A PC or laptop running Windows 10 operating system (NO Mac, Chromebook, Tablet or Smartphone)
  • High Speed Internet – minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 6 Mbps
  • Ability to connect directly to the internet service provider modem with an Ethernet cable, (WIFI is not acceptable)
  • 2 dedicated computer monitors minimum 13 inches or larger
  • A VoIP USB Headset with microphone and a Web Cam for Training
  • Dedicated workspace in your home that is free of background noise and distractions
  • Additional equipment specifications will be tested during the interview process
