Due to our business and operational expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Providing daily contact with end users of products and services;
• Providing feedback to end users after request or after processing a specific case;
• Maintaining up-to-date information in the database about performed activities and operations;
• Operating with specialized software to provide queries and support for work systems.

Requirements:

• Very good level of English;
• Great communication skills;
• Self-motivation, pragmatic and friendly approach;
• Well-developed customer orientation skills;
• Willingness to learn and develop;
• Positive attitude, desire to learn new skills and a strong work ethic;
• Previous experience in Customer Service is preferred but not mandatory.

What we offer:

• Highly competitive remuneration package;
• Remuneration package includes Base Gross Monthly Salary of 818.07 € during the training period, 869.20 € during the rest of the probation period and 971.45 € post probation period;
• Opportunity for Performance Incentive after the initial training period has been completed of up to 306.78 € Gross Monthly;
• Opportunity for Sales Through Service Incentive which is unlimited and can be earned in addition to the base salary and the Performance Incentive;
• Opportunity for Retention Bonus which is up to 224.97 € Gross and is paid quarterly;
• Working hours time range: Monday - Sunday 10:00h - 23:00h;
