What will I do?
  • Providing clear, concise, and thoughtful instructions
  • Answering customer questions and providing helpful solutions
  • Resolving customer inquiries with fast, friendly, and courteous service
How will I make a difference?
  • Consistently deliver a positive and world class customer experience via phone, web chat or email
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve our customer experience
What is required to join the team?
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills, including English proficiency, both verbal and written
