We're hiring a customer-focused Customer Service Advisor - Voice to join our contact centre team supporting broadband, TV, and landline customers. You'll be the first point of contact for customers facing technical faults, billing queries, and service disruptions. The ideal candidate combines empathy with structured problem-solving to resolve issues quickly and rebuild trust when things go wrong.

What job duties can I expect to perform?

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally, resolving queries related to technical faults, billing, and account management.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot broadband, TV, and landline issues using structured, step-by-step fault-finding processes.
• Take full ownership of customer issues end-to-end and proactively manage communication when things go wrong.
• Accurately log calls, faults, and follow-ups in the CRM/ticketing system so context carries forward for the customer's next interaction.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate through the correct process rather than treating each case in isolation.
• Meet or exceed KPIs for First Call Resolution , Customer Satisfaction , Average Handle Time (AHT), and adherence to promised callbacks.
• Raise escalations appropriately and confidently when needed, without treating escalation as a personal failure.

What requirements must I meet to join the team?

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum secondary education (10+2) or equivalent; graduates preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong learning ability and logical thinking — freshers welcome, full training provided.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent spoken English and active listening skills.
• High empathy and composure under pressure, especially with frustrated or vulnerable customers.
• Basic understanding of broadband/telecom/pay-TV services, or willingness to be trained.
• Comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
